Privacy & Confidentiality

Last updated: 18 September 2026

Operator: UAEPL8 (uaepl8.ae). Privacy requests: WhatsApp +971 55 786 2788 or the Contact page.

Data we collect: Google identity (name/email), contact number you provide, listing details, private asking price, notes, and session/cookie data for signed-in accounts.

Why: to run the marketplace, review listings, manage enquiries, and contact sellers privately. Owner contact details, original asking prices and private notes are available only to the owner and authorized UAEPL8 administrators.

Public listings show approved plate details and PRICE ON REQUEST (or an approved public price). WhatsApp/call links go to UAEPL8. Opening WhatsApp shares your prepared message with that service. Google processes sign-in. Session cookies keep accounts secure. No ownership documents (e.g. Mulkiya) are collected in this release.

Retention & deletion: Contact UAEPL8 to access, correct, restrict or delete account/listing data. Retired listings may be retained for support, consent and security review. Ask us to close an account and we will process the request.

Third parties currently involved: Google (sign-in) and WhatsApp (when you open a chat). We apply access controls and HTTPS. If a personal-data incident occurs, we will assess and notify as required.
